In the motor industry, in dispatch logistics or for clean room applications – at LogiMAT , Wiferion is showing that the wireless power supply of automated guided vehicles (AGV) and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) has become well-established in the market. In Hall 2, stand D17, the tech company will be presenting its multi-award-winning etaLINK inductive charging systems, its new software and a wide range of use cases from well-known OEMs. In addition, over 15 manufacturers will be appearing at LogiMAT who already use Wiferion’s inductive charging technology.
Wiferion sets the standard for the supply of power to AGVs, AMRs and forklifts
Wiferion aims to improve the process reliability and productivity of automated logistics applications through the intelligent supply of power. Inductive charging technology is being incorporated into more and more industrial e-vehicles.
“Since we were presented with the BEST PRODUCT award at LogiMAT in 2020, we have been further developing our technology to meet OEM market requirements and have been able to complete many different projects and conclude long-term framework contracts”, reports Johannes Mayer, Wiferion’s Managing Director. Battery charging systems from the system supplier of energy solutions are now being used by over 100 OEMs and practically all the German motor manufacturers, plus the major logistics and e-commerce companies. “At LogiMAT 2022, we are showing how our partners from various industries are benefiting from our charging solutions”.
Wiferion has a powerful presence at LogiMAT
More than 20 exhibiting OEMs have already integrated etaLINK inductive charging systems into their vehicles. These include well-known AGV producers such as SAFELOG, FlexQube, KUKA and Swisslog, Magazino, Eurotec with their Lowpad und Norcan.
“Among AGV manufacturers in particular, our etaLINK systems have struck a chord in the industry because of their many advantages”, explains Johannes Mayer. etaLINK is an IP65-certified, low-maintenance, enclosed system without mechanical components that, for example, causes no copper rubbing, unlike charging with sliding contacts. “Whether it is in the motor industry, the fulfillment center or semi-conductor manufacturing – our inductive chargers improve the reliability of the processes.” In addition to expanding its market leadership in Europe, Wiferion has also been operating in the US Market since 2022.
